Superb pendant epiphytes from Brazil, South America.

Plant obtained from a specialist cactus nursery as a rooted cutting in 1989.

Flowers approx. 2cm. diameter produced in autumn, remaining open for about a week, twice as long in cool conditions.

Kept watered throughout the year at a minimum temperature of 40 to 45 to 50degrees F.

Original plant discarded in 2001 when it had reached 150cm. high and 90cm. diameter. A cutting is now well rooted and growing on. A superb plant if you can afford the space.
