Superb plants from Bolivia, South America.

Plant raised from habitat collected seed obtained from a specialist cactus nursery in 1980.

Flowers 4.5cm. long, 6cm. diameter are produced in from late spring onwards and remain open for two or ( exceptionally ) three days.

Kept slightly moist in winter at a minimum temperature of 45 - 50 degrees F.
