Plant raised from seed obtained from the NCSS in 1980.

Flowers 12cm. long, 7cm. diameter, are produced from late spring onwards and remain open for only one day.

Kept slightly moist in winter at a minimum temperature of 50 degrees F. (10 degrees C.)
