Floriferous little plants from Bolivia, South America.

Plant obtained from a specialist cactus nursery in 1987 as a small seedling. Flowers approx. 2.5cm. long, 3.5cm. diameter are produced in spring and remain open for about three or four days.

Kept slightly moist in winter at a minimum temperature of 40 - 45 degrees F.
