Compact floriferous plant from South America.

Plant obtained from a specialist cactus nursery in 1989 as a small seedling.

Flowers approx. 2.5cm. long, 4.5cm. diameter are produced in spring and remain open for up to ten days!

Kept slightly moist in winter at a minimum temp. of 45 - 50 degrees F. (5 - 7 degrees C.)
