Superb plants from Mexico, Central America.

Plant raised from seed obtained from the BCSS in 1991. Flowers approx. 2.5cm. diameter are produced in early spring, opening and closing in the afternoon for about five days.

Kept slightly moist in winter at a minimum temperature of 55 degrees F.

This plant grows best in a long tom clay pot.
