Superb plants from Mexico,Central America.

Plant obtained from a specialist cactus nursery in 1978 as a small seedling. Flowers approx. 5.5cm. diameter are produced in midsummer and remain open for about three or four days.

Kept slightly moist in winter at a minimum temperature of 45 - 50degrees F.
