Very floriferous plants from South America.

Plant obtained from a specialist cactus nursery as a small seedling, but label and identity details lost. If you may be able to identify this plant please let me know.

Flowers approx. 3cm. diameter produced from late spring onwards remaining open for about three days, longer in cool weather.

Kept slightly moist in winter at a minimum temperature of 45 degrees F.

This plant is prone to losing it's roots if kept too dry in winter.
