Plant raised from seed obtained from a specialist cactus nursery in 1981.

Flowers approx. 3.5cm. diameter are produced from midsummer onwards and remain open for three or four days. Flower colour is variable.

Kept slightly moist in winter at a min. temperature of 40 - 45 degrees F. (5 to 7 degrees C.)
