Plant obtained from a specialist nursery as a small seedling in 1976. Flowers 6cm. diameter produced in midsummer remaining open for three or four days.

Kept slightly moist in winter at a minimum temperature of 40 - 45 degrees F. Grown in a long tom pot to provide adequate root room.
